Persistent wildcard SSL error (NXDOMAIN) for christmind.info — Please clear SSL cache

Hi Netlify Support,

I am trying to renew my SSL certificate for christmind.info, but it is persistently failing due to an old cached wildcard configuration (*.christmind.info), even though I have removed the wildcard alias from my domain settings.

I keep receiving this error when attempting a renewal:

SniCertificate::CertificateValidationError: Unable to verify challenge for *.christmind.info: DNS problem: NXDOMAIN looking up TXT for _acme-challenge.christmind.info - check that a DNS record exists for this domain

Could a support engineer please clear the cached wildcard certificate state on the backend for this site and re-issue a standard (non-wildcard) certificate for christmind.info and www.christmind.info?

Site Name: cmiv2.netlify.app

Custom Domain: christmind.info

Thank you!

UPDATE: The issue is resolved. I had both Netlify and AWS Route 53 managing DNS records which caused the problem. I deleted the Netlify hosted zone and updated Route 53 with AWS name severs and that corrected the problem. I had earlier added Netlify name servers to Route 53 so I just undid that.
