Page not Found! I check my Index.html, it is there but empity

I am new on Netlify
I deployed my webpage many times in different ways but I am still getting the error that the page is not found or the link is broken etc.
First I deployed my webpage without GitHub after that I connected it with my GitHub but still got the error after lots of searching I found out that may it is due to the index.html. I downloaded my deployed files and checked the index.html file and it was there but empty. What is the problem here I am unable to figure it out…

Hi there, @Mudassar_Farooq

Thanks for reaching out about this, and sorry to hear you have encountered an issue. In addition to the missing index.html, another common cause for this comes from not specifying in the deploy settings which folder to publish.

If your project has a build which generates the site to publish, be sure to tell Netlify where to find that directory.

In the example below, the “Publish directory” is dist

You can find this in your settings at:

Can you share your GitHub repository and build settings as @hillary as outlined.
