Hi Netlify Support,
I’m trying to add my domain homepass.com.br to my new Netlify site, but I get the error: “homepass.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
The previous account that managed this domain (a test account) has been deleted, so I cannot remove the DNS zone myself.
I have added the TXT verification record to prove domain ownership:
Host/Name: verified-for-netlify
Value: homepass.netlify.app
Could you please release/purge the old DNS zone for homepass.com.br so I can add it to my current account?
