Obtain Let's Encrypt certificate NOT working

Domain: https://spiralyze2021.netlify.app/
Custom domain: www.spiralyze.com

Custom certificate expired, when I hit “Use let’s encrypt certificate” - nothing happens. Hitting that button since Thur and writing to support and nothing happens.

Hi, @yuriyspz. That domain has an inactive Netlify DNS zone. There is more about this type of issue here:

The solution for this is to either a) activate the inactive zone or b) to delete the inactive zone.

If there are any questions about either solution, please let us know.

@yuriyspz Welcome to the Netlify community.

It may be that you have an inactive DNS zone because your DNS seems not to have propagated. For example, whois reports different name servers than dig.

Here’s what whois says …

|===================== whois name server for ====================
| ------------------------ spiralyze.com ------------------------
Updated Date: 2018-03-26T13:33:52.00Z
Name Server: NS1.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.
Name Server: NS2.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.
Name Server: NS3.DIGITALOCEAN.COM.
|================================================================

… and here’s what dig says:

|===================== dig name server(s) for ===================
| ------------------------ spiralyze.com ------------------------
| ------------------- should agree with whois -------------------
dns3.p02.nsone.net.
dns1.p02.nsone.net.
dns4.p02.nsone.net.
dns2.p02.nsone.net.
|================================================================

Did you make the switch to Netlify name servers recently? It can take DNS changes up to 48 hours to propagate.

Thanks for your help. Updating NS settings solved the issue.
