Hello,
The “Observability” page across all of my projects has stopped working. Each project displays what appears to be a loading bar where I would usually select the viewing period; it now shows white and grey diagonal moving bars, but never resolves. I have been using this function for some time and it has worked without issue.
I thought perhaps my credits had run out, so I checked my account, but all of my account information is greyed out or blank.
Has anyone else experienced this? Any guidance would be appreciated.

I have tried Ask Netlify and the generative AI chatbot with no luck. I have also emailed support but have not received a response.
