Not able to sign up and login to netifly account

Hi

I tried multliple time signing and logging in to netifly but it is not leting me in. I get my account authorized as well still.

after logging in i am getting below msg

We have suspended this account due to suspicious activity. To quickly reclaim this account, please take a moment to verify your identity before using Netlify.

About identity verification

This is a necessary step to protect our systems and the web community against fraud and abuse.

  • Your identity information will be verified by Stripe
  • We never store the identity information submitted through this process on our systems
  • Stripe does keep a record that we can access in cases of abuse

and after getting verified, it is showing below

error showing -

We were unable to verify your identity and reinstate your Netlify account.

Please help.

I am facing this since 3 days on account suspension. Could you please help.

@surnik1 Only countries/documents that can be processed by Stripe are accepeted, you can check what is accepted here:

Hi, thanks for reaching out. You will need to verify your ID and at this time this is the only option we have to verify your ID. If this does not work the only other option is to signup for a pro tier or higher.
