Not able to sign in to my netlify account it is loading indefinitely

As it is obvious i am unable to login in to my netlify account via github , it is infinitely loading , and then eventually leading to timeout
I have transferred dns of one of my domains - clipsync.in.net
to netlify and as i can’t login i am unable to access it
can you guys pls solve it at the earliest

It looks like your account is no longer blocked. What login are you trying to use to access your account?

Github , i was trying login via github

Thanks for letting us know about the login issue with GitHub. The usual solution for this issue is the following steps.

  1. Login to Netlify using the email address and password only.

  2. Once logged into Netlify with the email address and password, then change the GitHub account associated with this email address here: https://app.netlify.com/user/settings#connected-accounts

  3. Log out of Netlify.

Once this is done, you should be able to log into Netlify using GitHub or the email address. Both methods of login should work now. If they do not or if there are any other questions, please let us know.

even forgot password and login form are not opening both are loading indefinitely

hmm, I believe you should contact github for further assistance as there are no restrictions or blocks on our end preventing you from logging in.

there is no restrictions on your email so I’m not sure why you are unable to login. I would encourage you to clear cache and try a different browser.

ok got it done by clearing the cache and logging again with the help of email , thanks for the help though
