I submitted ticket #1049821 5 days ago with no response yet.
Short version: my domain is tied to an old Netlify account I lost access to a gmail account. I’ve set up a new account with the site already deployed and ready, but I can’t claim the domain because Netlify says it’s “already managed by another team” (the old account).
Anyone know how to get this escalated, or is there a faster channel for this kind of account issue? Happy to provide proof of ownership if needed.
