Custom domain cfr-rma.org — DNS zone delegated to Netlify/NS1 but zone contains no records

This is a volunteer organisation’s website and getting it back online is time-sensitive.
The problem
My custom domain cfr-rma.org is pointed at Netlify’s nameservers and DNS has fully propagated — but the domain returns no A record, and the DNS zone is absent from my Netlify dashboard. The site has been unreachable for over 24 hours. A support ticket was filed yesterday but has not yet been acknowledged.
Diagnostic evidence
A dig for the A record confirms the nameservers have propagated (SOA points to dns1.p09.nsone.net / NS1 infrastructure) but the zone contains no answer records:

In plain terms: the world is asking Netlify’s DNS for the address of cfr-rma.org, and Netlify’s DNS is returning nothing.
What I’ve checked
- Domain registered through IONOS; nameservers updated to Netlify’s NS1 servers ✓
- DNS propagation confirmed — NS1/Netlify infrastructure is authoritative ✓
- DNS zone is not visible in the Netlify dashboard ✗
- No A or CNAME records present in the zone ✗

Could a staff member please investigate whether the DNS zone for cfr-rma.org was correctly created on the NS1 side? It appears the zone exists at the infrastructure level (the SOA is there) but was never populated with records, or the records have been lost.
