I’m trying to connect the Netlify MCP server to Claude. On the
“Authorize Application” screen I click Authorize and get an error.
First attempts (before my account signup was complete):
“Authorization with Netlify failed” — ref: ofid_8b4ca418c665acbb
After completing my account signup and reaching the dashboard:
“Authorization with the MCP server failed” — ref: ofid_09de77519b92a39e
Redirect URI shown: OAuth Client Redirect
Description field on the authorize screen shows “Not set”.
My Netlify account is new and fully set up, with a team. No sites
deployed yet. I’ve retried several times in the same browser.
