"NETLIFY" DNS records not being 'broadcast' - over 24 hours

Netlify domain - https://survivalcachepro.netlify.app/
Custom domain - https://survivalcachepro.com/

I have been testing out different ESPs, so I have had to add/change MX, CNAME, and TXT records.

This was going well (besides not being happy with different ESPs I was testing) and propagation of these records would happen within seconds, so I was quickly able to do verifications.

However, all of a sudden, my site wouldn’t load on my custom domain. I run some DNS record checks and the TXT/MX/CNAME records are showing up worldwide just fine, but the A/NETLIFY records are just “gone”.

I never changed or deleted the NETLIFY records, and have they have been working for months.

The ONLY other thing I did was create an A record for a subdomain (info.survivalcachepro.com), but then deleted that.

These records seem to broken or not being broadcast for some reason.

Thanks for the help!!

I just found this reply to someone else with a similar issue. It appears that my A record for “info.survivalcachepro.com” may have corrupted the NETLIFY records.

I just readded the A record for info.survivalcachepro.com (as well as the MX and TXT record), hoping that it would force the DNS to propagate the “NETLIFY” records.

While the A/MX/TXT records propagated IMMEDIATELY (literally within 5 seconds), the “NETLIFY” records are still not propagating and my site is still “down”.

Can someone “backfill” to fix this?

Thank you!!

Romeo from support fixed this issue - the domain was not syncing with the DNS so he repaired it. Everything is working great!

Thank you so much!!
