# Netlify CMS Not Loading Even After Git Gateway and Identity Setup

Hello Netlify team,

I’ve set up a JAMstack site using Netlify CMS with Git Gateway + Identity.

Everything is configured, but the CMS admin panel remains blank at:

### ✅ What I’ve done:

- Enabled Netlify Identity
- Enabled Git Gateway
- Invited my user and accepted
- Verified that `config.yml` loads at `/admin/config.yml`
- Used the correct `admin/index.html` with CMS manual init and identity script
- Re-deployed multiple times
- Reset Identity and started from scratch

### 🧪 Console error: bootstrap.js:108 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read properties of null (reading ‘appendChild’)

CMS is blank and I’ve exhausted every possible fix. Please investigate if something is wrong with my site’s backend link to Git Gateway.

@IYAOAA Both Netlify CMS and Netlify Identity are _**[deprecated](https://docs.netlify.com/release-phases/#deprecated)**_.

Regarding deprecated features, Netlify state…

> We will no longer fix bugs or offer troubleshooting support.

As such you should research and select a different CMS for your project.
