# Authentication Error

Authenticating failed due to the following error: **We already have a registered user with this email address. Log in to connect your GitHub account.**  
when i am trying to login this error is accuring

You should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try to sign in/up again with your email not github and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. Please view a list of acceptable documentation for your country [here.](https://stripe.com/docs/acceptable-verification-documents). If you are not prompted to do this please send me your email and we can manually send a link to your email.
