My account is suspended. i hadnt received the security code to login initially, so i kept trying to login over and over again and i guess Netlify suspended my account. Please help to revive so I can login.

You should be able to log in again now and this false positive will not happen again.
Regarding the DNS zone, it is not going to ever work as it is currently configured as it has not been set up properly.
There are two ways to connect a domain to a site at Netlify:
Of the two methods, the external DNS instructions is the one I would recommend using to start. Please note, if you use that method, you must also delete the inactive Netlify DNS zone as well.
I tried to login and this is the error i see. I used this yesterday and i worked. Not sure why this says this email is in use? - This email is already in use
A Netlify account using this email already exists. Log in using your email and password, or reset your password if needed.
Once you’re signed in, you can connect your Google account under Settings → Connected accounts.
I also tried with the “Login with email”, it says there is no account with this email. So i’m not sure what i’m missing

HI Luke, I managed to login and setup the DNS properly. This is now setup, but the website doesnt have a https. The SSL/TLS configuration says “Waiting on DNS propogation”. Does this take time as well?
