Hello,
I purchased the domain Tiendajoss.com through Netlify. My Team is currently suspended, and I need to transfer the domain to my Name.com account.
I already contacted Name.com, and they confirmed that only Netlify can initiate the transfer because the domain was purchased through Netlify.
I already have my Name.com Account Code and I’m waiting for a response from Netlify Support, but I haven’t heard back yet.
Could someone from the Netlify team please help me with the domain transfer or advise on the next steps?
