Nameservers pointed to Netlify are unable to resolve DNS record

Problem Statement

DNS lookup fails for my website because DNS records not found. (can be seen at Whois boxstudio3d.com)

Site Details:

  • Netlify site name: boxstudio3d.netlify.app
  • Custom Domain: boxstudio3d.com
  • Registrar: one.com (Nameservers on their control panel are pointed to dns[1-4].p07.nsone.net)

Output of Lookup Tools

Command: dig boxstudio3d.com NS +trace | tail -n 6

Output:

More Information

The Netlify Console also shows warning symbol. Please see the screenshot attached:

Hi @InamTaj,

Please disable DNSSEC from your registrar’s settings and let us know if it works.

Hello,

I checked with my registrar and DNSSEC is already disabled (not active) from their end. They’ve asked me to get in touch with you folks (custom Nameserver providers).

It looks like something changed, because I believe I did see traces of DNSSEC back then.

As of now, I don’t see it and your website seems to be available online. Are you still seeing a problem?

Nope, all working now.

Thank you!.
