Name has a conflicting custom domain

I’m trying to move my DNS to Netlify for the domain tv.starnode.host, but another account has already apparently added the domain. No one has the domain, and it’s not linked according to my records via Cloudflare so we would like it released manually if possible.

I’ll add the verified-for-netlify DNS TXT record now with a link to this topic. Site ID is 1d9e3dbb-ed7a-4408-bd28-957712f1fc45

thanks for reaching out! I’m not seeing a TXT record quite yet. It might because of the TTL, but this is what I see below.
