@e0ham As they mentioned they respond to helpdesk tickets directly via email, so if you haven’t already you should check your inbox/spam messages etc.

But if you still can’t add it, and are getting the same error, my guess is they haven’t performed a removal, and you might have gotten stuck waiting for some verification etc.

Hi Martin,

I did not receive any email from netlify not even in the spam folder.

We’ve responded on the same day (within an hour) of @sid.m mentioning this has been escalated. Our logs show that the email has been delivered.
