My Website is not getting the SSL Certification, it's stuck on loading forever

Hello I am having trouble getting SSL Certification for my website. Please help!

The netlify site name is wimnutrition.netlify.app, and the custom domain is wimnutrition.com.
The DNS verification was successful, yet there is no certification. I’ve made all the necessary DNS arrangements.

I’ve also gone through each and every step of the troubleshooting process, on the trouble shooting site. I know I’m supposed to wait 24 hours, but this issue happened on another netlify of mine using the same domain, I thought switching to a new netlify project with the same custom domain would be different, but it isn’t working. I’ve deployed other custom domains and it worked flawlessly. This issue for this particular custom domain has been happening for the past week. Please help, thanks in advance!
