DNS configuration is correct. Suddenly, it didnt work out.
Could you please help me what I need to do?

Looks like the name servers were changed:

phb-consulting.de. 28800 IN NS ns3.domaindiscount24.net.
;; Received 1332 bytes from 2604:4500:c:3:66:206:3:125#53(ns2.domaindiscount24.net) in 87 ms
The last line, Received 1332 bytes, shows the name server that answered the above query is domaindiscount24.net and not a Netlify name server mentioned here.

However, because I am not familiar with the DNS, even though I have read through the Support Guide. I dont know what to do. Can you advise me in more specific? That would be highly appreciated.
Hi, @PHB-Sales. Create the two DNS records below. You will make the DNS records using the service of the registrar where you registered the domain.
phb-consulting.de. 1800 IN A 75.2.60.5
www.phb-consulting.de. 1800 IN CNAME elegant-mclean-395094.netlify.app.
Note, you might also need to delete any existing and conflicting records as well.

Since your DNS is not managed by Netlify, I’d suggest you reach out to your DNS provider and ask them to add the records for you.
