Hi Netlify Support, joinwhynot.com and www.joinwhynot.com are unreachable from our network. The browser shows “This site can’t be reached.” The site is deployed on Netlify. What we found: DNS resolves joinwhynot.com to: 63.176.8.218 35.157.26.135 HTTPS to both apex and www times out after 15 seconds. TCP port 443 to both IPs fails (TcpTestSucceeded: False). Forcing HTTPS to 98.84.224.111 with the correct Host header returns HTTP 200 with Netlify/Next.js headers, so the deployment appears healthy when reached on a working edge IP. Local npm run build succeeds; this does not look like an application/build issue. Request: Please check the DNS/edge configuration for joinwhynot.com — the A records may be pointing to edge nodes that are not accepting connections on port 443 in our region.

This appears to be a regional ISP block in Egypt affecting all Netlify traffic since June 23, 2026. Multiple other Egyptian users are reporting the same issue on the Netlify forums. Please see: ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT from Egypt — works via VPN, all DNS correct

I am starting to receive the same issue for https://getartcraft.com as well as all netlify.app domains. Everything on netlify.app fails to resolve.

I am based in Atlanta, and I’m on Google Fiber.

This started last night and is an ongoing issue. I can’t load any Netlify websites on my laptop or mobile phone while it’s on wifi.

The entire netlify.app domain must be on some blacklist that is being consumed by ISPs.
