# My team is on the Free plan and shows the banner "running on operational credits — production deploys are paused." However, my Usage & Billing page shows credits still available. This looks like the known credit-flag bug reported by other Free plan teams

My team is on the Free plan and shows the banner “running on operational credits — production deploys are paused.” However, my Usage & Billing page shows credits still available. This looks like the known credit-flag bug reported by other Free plan teams. Could you please reset the flag and re-enable production deploys for my team?
