Hey Perry, my site is http://covidindia.tech
http://covidindia19.netlify.com
I am using netlify DNS.
You need to point the DNS records for covidindia to Netlify. They are currently pointed elsewhere. I’m not seeing any name servers.
Check your settings. I’m not seeing any DNS records for covidupdate that point to Netlify.
It looks as though you need either to get things straightened out with Bigrock, or move your DNS to Netlify.
The nameservers pointing to netlify. I also looked into ICANN. Here is the screenshot of the same

Note there are no name servers listed.
You can double-check here:

Don’t use whois to check your DNS settings, use dig, or one of the many free online propagation checkers.
Thank you for your response. Just checked with the registrar the status of the domain is suspended, I filled an appeal for that, hope it will resolve soon. No issue with netlify.
I have bought new domain but facing new issue
https error potential risk
letsencrypt error if u guys can help ? @gregraven
https://trackcoronaindia.online
in domain managements its showing old custom domain
error : trackcoronaindia.online doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify
We can’t renew your Let’s Encrypt certificate automatically until the issue is resolved. Check our troubleshooting guide for more information on how to fix the problem, and then renew the certificate.
https certificate error(letsencrypt)
as user try to visit site it shows error
@perry @gregraven or anyone who can help
Now your site shows DNS servers, but they are not Netlify’s. Also, I’m not seeing a CNAME set up to point to Netlify, and you have two A records, one of which is Netlify’s and the other of which is someone else (maybe Namecheap?).
You have to get the DNS entries correct before you get your SSL certificate.
I have removed namecheap a record
cname is already present
name -> www
value -> http://covid19trackerindia.netlify.com
using namecheap basic dns
@gregraven
Now you have to wait for your changes to propagate. This can take up to 48 hours.
Hi, @Aditya, the SSL certificate and custom domain are working now when I test. Are you seeing the same? Is the issue resolved when you test also?
My site too stopped working. the netlify subdomain works but my custom domain is giving blank white screen. not sure what the issue
@ekancepts Welcome to the Netlify community.
Please provide your Netlify site name, domains, and other information when you post. The better the post = the faster we can help!
My site to has stopped in the same manner, was quite embarrassing just put up a landing page, and It was working perfectly this morning. Then I send to the client, and boom no longer working:
elevatenetworkhq.com netlify sub is elevatenetworkhq.netlify.app
My domain is on namecheap and yes the nameservers are pointing to yours
I contacted Namecheap’s live support and they said everything looks fine from their end so I should contact my host
when I visit the site I see my SSL padlock their, which means its active on netlify, so why isn’t it serving the app???
Please help asap thank you!!!
@stealthman22 What’s not working about it. It loads for me, although it seems to be a fairly simple page with a background image and a box at the bottom saying something about more coming later.
Are you perhaps experiencing a local caching issue?
Hello, Grey thanks for your input. It turns out I just had to wait for the change in DNS records to be updated across all network and then it worked pretty well for me too. Its just a parking page, currently building the web app for the client.
Right now I am having spam mails issues, seems all I did to set these up, have to be redone since transferring DNS to netlify
