My site domain is locked here because of a deleted account of mine; please release it

I messed up. I wanted to delete the first batch of files I uploaded, but couldn’t, so I deleted my netlify account to start over.

Now there’s a problem. it says “vistagrandcreative.com or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.” but that’s just from my first attempt on the deleted account.

I was told I could prove ownership with a TXT record
