# My Netlify Free plan resetting to 300/300 credits while my team and projects remain incorrectly paused due to the previous billing cycle’s credit-limit flag

Title: Free plan reset to 300/300 credits but team and projects remain paused

My Free plan billing cycle reset today, September 25, 2026, but my team and projects are still paused from the previous billing cycle.

Team: NOUR ALRABEA  
Plan: Free  
Current billing period: Sep 25 – Oct 24, 2026  
Credits: 300 / 300 remaining  
Current-period usage: 0 credits  
Credits granted: September 25, 2026

The dashboard still says:

“This team has exceeded the credit limit. All projects and deploys have been paused.”

After the new 300 credits were granted, I attempted one production deploy to check whether the project had actually resumed. Netlify blocked it with:

“Account credit usage exceeded - new deploys are blocked until credits are added.”

The deploy did not proceed.

My Usage & Billing page clearly shows that the new billing cycle is active with 300/300 credits remaining and zero current-period usage.

Could a Netlify staff member please check my team and clear the stale credit-limit/operational-mode flag so my projects can resume?
