My netlify CMS dashboard has missing `New posts` and `Quick post` button

I am using Netlify CMS with 11ty static site generator.

After login in Netlify CMS dashboard, I have found out that many features are missing from my Netlify Dashboard, for example New Post button and Quick Add button etc. I have uploaded the screenshot of my dashboard and my config.yml.

Also, I have enabled Git Gateway. My site - Eleventy + Netlify CMS Blog Example

Try adding create: true to your collections’ settings
