Hello Netlify Support Team,
I am trying to add my custom domain jadeandco.com.br to my current project, but I am receiving the error: “Another project is already using this domain”.
This domain was linked to an old project/team that has already been deleted, and I no longer have access to it.
To prove my ownership, I have already added a TXT record (verified-for-netlify) pointing to this community post. Could a support engineer please verify and release the domain from the old system?
Domain: jadeandco.com.br
- Project:
gleaming-crumble-2e9d48 - Support reference:

Thank you!
