I’m not able to login to my account, I get an account suspended message, but with no reason why. I’m not sure what I did that would have caused this issue. I found out about it, trying to show a demo to a potential client. Can you please help me please.

I got an automated message saying that my account was restored, but now I’m having another issue. To get onto this support forum, since SSO wasn’t working I had to signup with another account. Now that new account is fighting with my SSO github account. I’m assuming cause they ahve same username. Please help.
