My account was suspended and it's the first time I've used it

My account was suspended and it’s the first time I’ve used it, I try to verify my identity with my document and it’s not possible either, and through the mail they don’t even read my messages, they always respond with the same email that the account was disabled, HELP

Luckily, you should now be able to verify yourself via stripe to unlock your account. Please try signing in/up again and follow the prompts to upload a copy of your ID so we can be sure you are legitimate. If you are not prompted to do this please submit a support ticket and mark the reason as “signup/login”.
