Missing NS Records for labienhablada.com

Hi,

I’m experiencing issues with the DNS configuration for my domain labienhablada.com. The SOA record correctly points to Netlify (dns1.p01.nsone.net), but the NS records are not being propagated globally. Queries to Google’s public DNS (8.8.8.8) and other resolvers return no NS records, even though the domain is configured in Netlify.

Here’s the output from dig @8.8.8.8 labienhablada.com NS:

labienhablada.com. IN SOA dns1.p01.nsone.net. domains+netlify.netlify.com.
I’ve already posted in the support forum, but I haven’t received any response or guidance. Could you please verify the NS records for my domain on your end and ensure they are correctly configured and propagated?

This issue has persisted for months, and I urgently need assistance to resolve it. Let me know if you need additional details.

Thank you

I’d recommend double checking those records at your registrar.

Hi,

The DNS servers are correctly pointing to Netlify, as shown in the attached screenshot from CDmon (dns1.p07.nsone.net, dns2.p07.nsone.net, dns3.p07.nsone.net, dns4.p07.nsone.net).

However, when I contacted CDmon support, they responded with the following:
“Your domain does not exist in the zone of the assigned DNS servers. Please contact your DNS provider (Netlify) to resolve the issue.”

It seems that the issue may be related to how Netlify’s servers are handling the configuration.

I really need to have this solved as soon as possible, since I have been with this problem for 7 months.

Thanks.

Hi there! Did you by chance delete any of the Netlify-type records in the Domain Management section of the site? These are necessary for Netlify to sync with our DNS provider, NS1. I’ve restored these records, and I confirm your site is live in my browser!

Let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks!

It works! Thank you so much for solving it, I have been struggling with this problem many months.

thanks for coming back in and sharing you found your solution! Happy to hear it!
