Minor user interface changes

I really like the Netlify user interface, though I would like to see some minor changes:

  1. Add a ‘deploy settings’ button alongside the ‘site settings’ and ‘domain settings’ buttons in the ‘overview’ menu.

  2. Rename ‘general’ to ‘site’, since it better describes what it is about.
