Hello Netlify Support,
I am trying to configure the domain mestsoft.com.br, but I receive the following error:
“mestsoft.com.br or one of its subdomains is already managed by Netlify DNS on another team.”
Unfortunately, I no longer have access to the previous Netlify team/account that owns this domain.
Could you please remove the existing Netlify DNS association for mestsoft.com.br (and any related subdomains), or advise on the verification process so I can reclaim ownership and add the domain to my current Netlify team?
I can verify ownership of the domain if needed by adding a DNS TXT record or providing any other required proof.
