Merging two accounts

Hi there,

I recently got an invite from a client to help them with their deployment pipeline. I already had a Netlify account linked to my GitHub account. When I tried to signup through GitHub, I got a message “email from invite does not match” even though that email address should be my secondary email on GitHub. I couldn’t see an option to add a secondary email to Netlify to allow this invite to be accepted.

Anyways, I went ahead and created a second account now, so the client does not need to wait. Is it possible to merge these two accounts somehow? I’d like to have just one account and linked to different teams, if possible.

It’s not possible to merge accounts. It’s only possible to transfer sites/domains from one account to another. Please write in to the helpdesk for assistance with that.
