Custom domain: ocotilloog.com (+ www.ocotilloog.com)
I’m unable to provision an SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) certificate for my custom domain. “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds, but “Provision certificate” fails every time with “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
Troubleshooting completed:
- DNS records confirmed correct: A record for ocotilloog.com → 75.2.60.5, CNAME (Canonical Name) for www → heroic-cannoli-d4230f.netlify.app
- No CAA (Certificate Authority Authorization) record present on the domain
- Let’s Debug (letsdebug.net) shows “All OK” for the http-01 challenge on www.ocotilloog.com
- Domain removed and re-added, retried “Verify DNS configuration” multiple times — no change
Could someone take a look and manually reset certificate provisioning for this domain?
