Hello,
The Netlify-managed SSL certificate for my custom domain appears to be stuck during provisioning.
Project URL:
Custom domains:
- thewellnessclub.com.ar
- www.thewellnessclub.com.ar
The domain is registered through NIC Argentina and uses Netlify DNS.
Troubleshooting already completed:
- Netlify shows “DNS verification was successful”.
- All four Netlify nameservers are globally propagated:
- There are no AAAA records.
- There are no restrictive CAA records.
- The domain responds with the “Server: Netlify” header.
- Both the apex domain and www alias are configured in the Netlify project.
- I selected “Retry DNS verification” and waited for more than one hour, but the certificate was not provisioned.
- The issue was also confirmed in an incognito browser window.
Chrome currently reports:
NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID
Netlify appears to be serving a mismatched fallback certificate instead of a managed Let’s Encrypt certificate for the custom domain.
Could a Netlify support engineer please inspect the certificate provisioning state and reprovision the managed certificate for:
- thewellnessclub.com.ar
- www.thewellnessclub.com.ar
