Hi,
My site has been working fine since April, but on July 21 the Let’s Encrypt certificate expired and my custom domain stopped working.
Netlify site name:
kroderheimen.netlify.app
Custom domains:
krøderheimen.no(xn--krderheimen-hgb.no) – Primary domainwww.krøderheimen.nokroderheimen.nowww.kroderheimen.no
Error when renewing the certificate:
xn--krderheimen-hgb.no doesn't appear to be served by Netlify
We can’t provision a certificate until your DNS configuration is pointing at the Netlify servers and the changes have propagated.
Current status:
-
The Netlify subdomain works:
https://kroderheimen.netlify.app -
DNS is hosted at Domeneshop.
Nameservers:
ns1.hyp.net
ns2.hyp.net
ns3.hyp.net
DNS records are:
A → 75.2.60.1
A → 75.2.60.5
CNAMEwww→kroderheimen.netlify.app- External DNS lookups confirm the records are correct.
In Netlify, all custom domains are green under Domain management.
-
However, the HTTPS section still says:
“xn–krderheimen-hgb.no doesn’t appear to be served by Netlify”
The certificate expired on July 21, and clicking Renew certificate always fails with the same error.
I haven’t changed my DNS configuration before this happened.
Could someone please check whether the SSL provisioning or domain verification for this site is stuck on Netlify’s side?
Thank you!
