Let's Encrypt certificate will not provision - rem.med.sa

Custom domain: rem.med.sa

Problem: Let’s Encrypt certificate will not provision.
“Verify DNS configuration” succeeds, but “Provision certificate”
always returns “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate
for your custom domain.”

I have verified everything in the SSL troubleshooting guide:

  • Single A record on apex → 75.2.60.5 (confirmed via 8.8.8.8)
  • Single A record on www → 75.2.60.5
  • No AAAA records
  • No CAA records (checked rem.med.sa, med.sa, and sa)
  • DNSSEC disabled
  • Both authoritative nameservers (ns10/ns11.hawsabah.com.sa)
    return the same single A record
  • Ports 80 and 443 are open and responding
  • ACME challenge path responds correctly

The domain is a Saudi .med.sa domain, DNS managed externally
by hawsabah.com.sa.

Please manually trigger certificate provisioning.
