Let's Encrypt certificate stuck – missing domains despite correct DNS

Hello Netlify team,

I’m having trouble issuing a Let’s Encrypt certificate and it appears the certificate provisioning state may be stuck.

Site
playful-licorice-7775ee.netlify.app

Custom domains configured in Netlify

Primary domain

Apex domain
jtservicesnj.com (redirects to primary)

DNS configuration (GoDaddy)

A record
@ → 75.2.60.5

CNAME
www → playful-licorice-7775ee.netlify.app

Nameservers

ns63.domaincontrol.com
ns64.domaincontrol.com

Verification

• DNS propagation confirmed
• No AAAA records exist
• No CAA records exist
• HTTP responses confirmed from Netlify Edge

However in the Netlify HTTPS panel I still see:

“Certificate renewal incomplete: missing domains jtservicesnj.com

The certificate record shows:

Created Feb 27
Updated Feb 27
Expires May 28

Clicking “Renew certificate” repeatedly does not resolve the issue.

Because DNS and HTTP routing appear correct, this seems to be a stale Let’s Encrypt provisioning state from when DNS was still propagating earlier in the setup.

Could someone please reset the certificate provisioning state for this site so Netlify can issue a new certificate?

Thank you very much.
