I am using Netlify DNS with all four assigned Netlify nameservers active. Both the apex and www records point to oasismindbodyandsoul.netlify.app. The site works over HTTP and the netlify.app address works over HTTPS, but the custom domain still shows: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”
Troubleshooting already completed:
- DNS verification succeeds in Netlify
- No AAAA records
- No restrictive CAA records
- DNSSEC is not enabled
- Independent Let’s Debug HTTP-01 test reports zero issues: Let's Debug
- Ask Netlify identified this as a likely backend stuck-state
