Let's Encrypt certificate fails to provision - sitiowebkangtai (external DNS)

Site name: sitiowebkangtai
Custom domains: kangtai.cl (primary) and www.kangtai.cl
DNS type: External (SiteGround nameservers)

DNS was migrated on Sept 9 at 21:00 (UTC-4). Since then the HTTPS panel shows “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain” continuously. I clicked “Provision certificate” again on Sept 10 at 11:56 and it failed within a minute.

Troubleshooting completed (full support guide):

  • Apex A record is 75.2.60.5, and it is the only A record on the apex.
  • www CNAME is sitiowebkangtai.netlify.app.
  • Verified identical results from 16 public resolvers worldwide (Google, Cloudflare, Quad9, OpenDNS, Level3, AdGuard, Yandex, Verisign, NextDNS, Mullvad, ControlD and others).
  • No AAAA records, no CAA records, no DNSSEC (no DS, no DNSKEY).
  • Let’s Debug returns “All OK” for HTTP-01 on both hostnames.
  • Netlify’s own “Verify DNS configuration” succeeds.

Request: could someone check the actual ACME error on the backend and reset the certificate provisioning state? The site currently serves over HTTP only.
