Let's Encrypt certificate fails to provision immediately for lavalosa.com (Netlify DNS)

Hi Netlify team,

My custom domain lavalosa.com uses Netlify DNS, and the nameservers at my registrar match exactly (dns1-dns4.p04.nsone.net). Let’s Debug shows “All OK”, and there are no AAAA or CAA conflicts. However, the dashboard immediately shows “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate” as soon as I click Renew certificate / Verify DNS.

This looks like the same symptom as these topics, which needed a manual reset of the provisioning state on your backend:
