Let's Encrypt cert stuck — Acme OrderNotReady, 'status (valid) is not acceptable for finalization'

Hi team, my Let’s Encrypt certificate is failing to auto-renew and I can’t clear it from the dashboard.

  • Site (Netlify subdomain): tangerine-elf-e2e5f6.netlify.app
  • Custom domain: nuvoliv.ca (primary), www.nuvoliv.ca redirect — using Netlify DNS
  • Certificate: Let’s Encrypt, domains *.nuvoliv.ca, nuvoliv.ca
  • Created Apr 12, Updated Jun 11, Expires Sep 9
  • Exact error: Acme::Client::Error::OrderNotReady: Order’s status (“valid”) is not acceptable for finalization

What I’ve tried: clicked “Renew certificate” several times — it returns the same error and the “Updated” date doesn’t change. My DNS is healthy (MX, SPF, DKIM, Netlify records all present) and there’s no CAA record blocking Let’s Encrypt.

Could you please reset/repair the stuck certificate order so it can renew? Happy to provide anything else you need. Thanks!
