Let’s Encrypt Certification Failure

Hi - my DNS verification is successful, but clicking Provision certificate fails with ‘certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate.’ This looks like a stale certificate record on the backend — could you please reset/clear the SSL certificate state for my site so I can provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?

  1. Netlify site name: drinksqueezd.netlify.app
  2. Custom domain: drinksqueezd.com

Thanks team, this has been resolved.

Hello Netlify Support,

My custom domain cutiepiepetshub.com is connected to my Netlify site drpethub.netlify.app.

DNS verification is successful, and I am using Netlify DNS. However, when I click Provision certificate under Domain Management → HTTPS, I receive this error:

“certificate parameter is required when updating an existing certificate”

Could you please reset/clear the stale SSL/TLS certificate state for my site and allow Netlify to provision a fresh Let’s Encrypt certificate?

Thank you.
