"last form submission 3 hours ago" but last form submission showing as 10 days ago

This message is displayed at the top: “last submission 3 hours ago”, but you can also see in the screenshot that the last form submitted was 10 days ago.

Does anyone know why this is, and is it something to be fixed?

Check your spam submissions instead of the verified ones. If you have a spam submission from three hours ago, that might explain it!
