I’ve gone through 3 Jamstack Explorer videos and I’ve earned the certificate. However, instead of seeing the certificate (or even the taco animation), I get a 403 error (see below)
Any suggestions or could this be looked at?

Thanks for reaching out about this! Sorry that you are encountering this issue. We can definitely look into this. First, have you tried loading this in a different browser as well as on a different network? Additionally, did you experience and other loading errors while going through the videos?
I live in the UK so I’ve used my Sky internet and also 4G on Virgin Mobile and both are failing. I’ve also tried firefox and Chrome on my mac and safari on my iPhone. All are coming back with a 403.
I did not experience any errors while I was using the training platform, and all videos loaded just fine.

This is working perfectly now Hillary, thanks for letting me know. I hope it wasn’t too much of an issue for the team and didn’t disrupt many other peoples enjoyment of this splended service.
