It appears the Let’s Encrypt / ACME validation state for this domain may be stuck

Hi Netlify Team,

I am having trouble provisioning an SSL certificate for biavmc.ca, even though DNS is configured correctly and fully propagated.

Site details:

Current DNS configuration (Hover):

A @ 75.2.60.5
A @ 99.83.190.102
CNAME www biavmc.netlify.app

DNS resolves correctly to Netlify load balancer IPs.
Global propagation is complete (confirmed using DNSChecker).

There is no forwarding active at the registrar. Nameservers are set to Hover defaults.

Troubleshooting already done:

  • Removed both domains from Netlify and re-added them after waiting several minutes

  • Verified DNS propagation globally

  • Confirmed Netlify sees the custom domain as valid

  • Manually retried SSL provisioning from the HTTPS panel

Despite correct configuration, I continue to receive:

“We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain.”

Request

It appears the Let’s Encrypt / ACME validation state for this domain may be stuck.
Could a Netlify team member please review and reset the SSL/ACME state for biavmc.ca?

Thanks!
