Issues with DNS Delegation in Netlify for Domain labienhablada.com

Hi everyone,

I’ve been struggling with DNS configuration issues for my domain labienhablada.com, which is managed in Netlify, with the base URL labienhablada.netlify.app. I set up the name servers in CDmon to point to Netlify’s DNS servers (dns1.p07.nsone.net, etc.), but every time I try to issue an SSL certificate with Let’s Encrypt, I get an error saying, “the website is not served by Netlify.”

After reaching out to CDmon support, they confirmed that although the DNS servers are correctly set in the “parent zone,” they’re not configured properly in the “child zone” (delegated zone). I’ve attached a screenshot of their response, which shows the delegation information and highlights that Netlify’s DNS records are not propagating correctly in the child zone.

I’ve been trying to fix this for the past 7 months without success, and it’s preventing me from securing the site with SSL. Could someone help me understand what might be wrong on Netlify’s side, or guide me on what steps I should take to ensure that the DNS records propagate correctly and allow SSL to be issued?

Thanks in advance for any advice!

Best regards,
Labienhablada
