# Issue provision certificate custom domain

Hi,

I built my Netlify website ([https://lbc-spreng.netlify.app](https://lbc-spreng.netlify.app)) and I linked it to a Google domain ([www.brain-cognition.com](http://www.brain-cognition.com)). The Google name servers are pointing to the Netlify ones, so no DNS issues there. However, when I try to provision a SSL certificate for my website, first it works but when I refresh the page, I get the following error: “We could not provision a Let’s Encrypt certificate for your custom domain”. Am I missing something?
