Infinite loading dashboard

Hello, I can’t access my dashboard, it may be because I had a domain I didn’t renew. How can I solve this? I will pay to get my domain back.
I created my account with Github (@ultirequiem)
My email is eliaz.bobadilladev@gmail.com

I’m not seeing any blocks on your account associated with that email address. Can you confirm that’s also the email address associated with your GitHub account?

yes, i use the same email for github

I’ve checked the login for this email address and there are no issues with your login or account.

Since login isn’t working, please try the following:

first try logging in with a different web browser

If that works, there is probably some issue with the browser you tried first. For that browser, please try the following:

empty the local browser cache/storage
disable any/all browser add-ons, extensions, and ad-blockers

If you still cannot login, could you specify the name of a site or URL hosted on your account? I want to ensure we’re looking at the correct account.

I tried using different browsers, but the issue persists.

The domain was ultirequiem.com, there was a page there and also in different sub domains, eg. sergif.utltirequiem.com

Thanks, I was able to locate the account using that information. It looks like the account is associated with a different email address. That account was cancelled due to failure to pay an overdue invoice. I’ve temporarily re-enabled the account to allow you to update the payment information and take care of that invoice.
