Hi Netlify team,
I’ve been using Netlify Free for years for small personal projects and never had any issues deploying.
Recently I accidentally clicked on some AI Agent related options and now my team shows:
“Your published sites are still live, but production deploys and Agent Runners are paused.”
I never intentionally enabled any paid AI features and I don’t understand why my account is now running on credits.
My questions are:
- Did enabling the AI Agent feature automatically switch my team into a credits-based usage model?
- Is there a way to completely disable Agents and return to the previous Free plan behavior?
- Can production deploy capability be restored without upgrading to a paid plan?
- Where can I see exactly which feature consumed the credits?
I only use Netlify for small hobby projects and would like to continue using the traditional free workflow.
